US domestic shipping

New orders typically take 1-4 business days to fulfill and will ship out immediately once they are packed up. Shipping times vary depending on distance from our warehouse in NC, but most will drive within a week or 2 tops. Unfortunately, for tax reasons we are unable to expand outside of the US at this time. We are working on it.


Returns

Return Cost

Cost of returns for defective items will be covered by us, in most cases a replacement will be issued free of charge. However, please read our strict return policy below, we are a small team and cannot accept most returns other than manufacturing defects.

30 Days to Return (Defective Only)

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense

Returns and Exchanges

At this time, we are not able to accept or handle exchanges or returns for reasons like buyers remorse or wrong size. This is an unfortunate circumstance we are in, which is why we strongly encourage you to think through each item purchase before placing an order.

No Try ‘Before You Buy’

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we are unable to process returns at scale. This means you will not be able to purchase several items, try them on, and then return what you decide you don’t want. We are simply do not have the capacity given our size. That’s fine for larger stores, but not here, we’re sorry.
